STACKING THE SHELVES: Feb. 23-28 (2)

Stacking the Shelves

It’s Saturday, which means it’s once again time for Stacking the Shelves! Stacking the Shelves is a weekly Haul meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, where bloggers can gush about the books they’ve picked up for the week. This is my second week participating.

Definitely a smaller haul than last week, but still a good one! Pictured above:

ALL THE BRIGHT PLACES by Jennifer Niven
BREAKING SKY by Cori McCarthy
Food Wars! Vol. 4 by Yuto Tsukada (story), Shun Saeki (art)
THE NAME OF THE BLADE by Zoë Marriott
A HERO AT THE END OF THE WORLD by Erin Claiborne

I’m especially looking forward to reading ALL THE BRIGHT PLACES by Jennifer Niven. Suicide is a tough subject to read about but I’ve heard a lot of good things about the book.

What did you guys stack your shelves with this week?

STACKING THE SHELVES: Feb. 15-22 (1)

Stacking the Shelves

Back in the day when I was still active on my old blog, one of the posts I looked forward to writing every week was the Sunday meme, In My Mailbox, hosted by The Story Siren. Which is why I was a little sad to learn this morning that it’s no longer a Thing. Er, actually “sad” is the wrong word; I was mostly shocked and then glad, considering what happened. (Yes, yes, I know–I’ve been out of the YA blogging loop for a long time.)

Thankfully, there’s a new meme–well, not really new, it’s been around since 2012–called Stacking the Shelves, hosted by Tynga’s Reviews. Usually they host on Saturdays, but since I just discovered them I’ll post this week’s Stack today and then post on Saturday next week. I’d wait until next week to post everything but this week’s haul was a good one, and one that I just can’t wait to show off!

Thanks for the help, Baymax and Colossal Titan. ❤

This week’s Stack is courtesy of my roomie, Amber. She attended ABA’s 2015 Winter Institute two weeks ago and brought back all sorts of upcoming ARCs. Pictured above:
